We receive feedback from staff via Investors in People, the Annual Staff Questionnaire and more recently from the survey carried out by the Sunday Times which resulted in Edge Hill achieving 20th place on the list for Best Places to Work in the Public Sector.

The feedback we have had so far from our staff has been very positive but we recognise that this is not a single effort but the long term development of a ulture which recognises staff as the most important asset of the University and that their engagement and well being are a priority.
