111 Clinical Advisor (Part Time – Evenings And Weekends)

As a Clinical Advisor at Partnering Health Ltd (PHL), you will be an integral team member, accountable for assessing callers with a wide spectrum of complex clinical conditions, providing advice and information, including home care management and onward referrals as appropriate using clinical decision-making software. Efficiently managing the patient flow in line with KPIs, you will also ensure patient safety, dealing with potentially emotional situations with respect and deliver a great and caring service. Skills and Experience Required
You will be working an average of 15 hours per week on a 3 week rolling shift pattern. Shifts will be during the evenings and weekends.
Training – IMPORTANT
You will need to complete the full NHS Pathways and system training to equip you for the role, where you will be supported by the Pathways Trainer and your Line Manager. Please note you must be able to commit to working full time Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm for 6 weeks in order to complete the course
The course itself will give you the skills required to become a NHS 111 Clinical Advisor but we will require your commitment and dedication during the course as there will be assessments that you will be required to complete. You will be paid during this training period.
