Are you a Practice Nurse looking for the next step in your career and to possibly take on a senior role? We are currently representing a GP practice that can offer up to full time hours on a permanent basis.

On the edge of Longton, the practice is within easy access to most routes within the Stoke on Trent area. This team are a friendly and open bunch who provide a welcoming environment and offer a reasonable workload due to a brilliant admin support team. They offer a generous annual leave and with no extended hours, a good working life balance.

Salary: up to £37,000 CIRCA FTE Dependent on experience + up to 33 days AL + NHS Pension

* Working as a Practice Nurse
* Chronic disease management experience essential
* Able to do baby immunisations, travel health & smears
